NCBI Entrez Gene(1): 查找基因

Portion For Fox 的 NCBI Entrez Gene(1): 查找基因

美国生物信息技术中心（NCBI)的字库Entrez Gene主要提供人类及其他动物等基因信息。

基因的内容非常多，以后将不断补充。

1、打开NCBI主页。

2、在下拉框中选Gene。

3、输入查找的基因ID。

4、结果显示MAPK8基因相关信息，红框内为基因的简介。

5、点击see related,可以看到该基因的详细介绍（蛋白定位、结构、表达情况、转录子数等等）。如OMIM、Human Protein,EBI等信息。

6、回到主页，染色体他信息，转录子序及蛋白等信息。

7、点击右上角的 see MAPK8 in Mapviewer（染色体定位）。

8、参考文献可以看到相关该基因研究的文献，并可打开链接。

9、Interaction:一般包括HIV和普通的蛋白间的相互作用。

10、Genotypes:基因型。Pathway:功能通路。点击GeneView 和Genotype report。

1）点击GeneView，可见SNP信息，该基因有4个SNP。

第一个SNP的具体信息，包括外显子的位点，克隆点等信息。

2）世界主要人种的遗传连锁不平衡分析。

11、回到主界面，以下为GO分析，包括fucntion,process,component说明该基因的功能，参与的过程和组成什么成分。

12、蛋白的信息。

13、参考序列，包括转录组合蛋白组的。

14、相关序列。

15、其他链接，可以连接到其他数据库。
